Preparing for the new school year |
Each year small enhancements may be made to the Prepare for New School Year tool. The basic process has not changed, but some screens may differ slightly from this video. If you have any questions, please contact SchoolSpeak Support. These videos demonstrate the basic procedures you need to follow in order to prepare for the new school year. This overview section of the video familiarizes you with the common terms used such as archiving, purging, etc.; the prerequisites: finalizing the data of gradebooks, report cards, attendance reports, and other resources; and the decisions for moving staff and current students only after the completion of archiving.
