You can view the announcements/webpages that are contained within the groups you are a member of or have been given permission to view. By default, any new announcements and webpages will be displayed and are accessible.

In some cases, you may want to view announcements that are not current and listed on the Homepage.

To view the announcements that are not listed on the group home page

  1. Select the required group.
  2. Click the Announcements/webpage link in the left margin under Quick Links.Image title
  3. Select the required date.
    1. It is easy to select a different date/date range/week using Change Date drop-down list.
  4. Click on the announcement to view the contents.Image titlePrint or email the announcements using the Print/Email links. Use the List link to return to the announcements list page.

Acknowledge Feature

When you view an announcement that has the acknowledge feature set, you will see a reminder to acknowledge the bulletin on the Home page and in the announcement at the top of the page. You should click Acknowledge to verify receipt of the information.
