Click the reminder link in the left margin. You can view all the past reminders. You can also select a date or date range to list the reminders pertaining to the selected date.

Adding New Reminder

You can add new reminder using New Homework functionality.

  1. Click the Add/Editlink.  Image title
  2. Do the followings:
    • Start Date: Select a start date from when you want the reminder to be seen by the members.
    • End Date: Select an end date on which you want the reminder to be removed.
    • Message: Enter the reminder details.
    • Is this message accessible without login: Select the appropriate accessible option.
  3. Click More Options…link to add an URL of the reminder page or page related to the reminder.
  4. Click Add. The reminder gets added to the list.Image title
  5. Click the More ► link to go to page of the given URL.

Click the View link to go to the reminders list page.

Editing Reminder

You can make changes to the reminders using the Edit functionality.

  1. Click the Editlink next to the respective reminder in the list. Image title
  2. Edit the reminder details as required and click Update.
  3. The changes get saved and the status message is displayed.Image title

Clicking the Delete link removes the reminder from the list. The delete confirmation message is displayed.

Click OK to remove the reminder message.
