To work on the ACR resource, click the ACR link in the left margin. This page lists the past activities entered and provides options for editing/deleting and adding new activities.
By default, it will show you the data of the current week. You can navigate through dates to view the data for a specific date/date range.
Hovering over the mouse on *** in activities column to list all the activities of the day for the corresponding category.
Adding/Updating/Deleting an Activity of a member
- Select the member from Select member drop-down list on the home page of the ACR resource.
Note: Select member drop-down list is available only for Admin users. All other users will be able to see only their own name. - Select the date from the date picker.
- Click Go.
- Click the cell of the day for which you want to add the entry. The TIME SPENT pop-up box is displayed.
Note: You need to enter the time in minutes. It will automatically be converted to hours. - Enter/update the activity details and click Save.
You can use the Add More link to add more rows for entering more than one activity for the same category for the same day.
Deleting an activity
- To delete an activity, click the ×next to the activity in the TIME SPENT dialog box. The delete confirmation message is displayed.
- Click OK to delete the record.
Generating Reports
You can generate ACR reports such as weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ACR category wise reports using the Reports link on the ACR resource page.
- Click the Reports link.
Note: Select member drop-down list is available only for Admin users. All other users will be able to see only their own name. - Select the report type from the Report Type section.
- Select the member from Employee and term from Term drop-down lists respectively.
- Click Download. The report of the selected employee is displayed as a pdf.
