To work on the Conduct Reporting, click the Conduct Reporting link in the left margin. This page lists the reports tracked and provides options for editing/deleting the reports.
Click each link to go to the respective page. You can also select specific date to view report.
Adding New Report
You can add new reports for the members using New Report functionality.
- Click the New Report link.
- Do the followings:
- Select the person who adds the report.
- Select the student(s).
- Select all other report options as appropriate.
- Click Add to save the report.
Viewing Records
You can view the required details of the records of the students using the Query Records functionality.
- Click the Query Record link.
- Do the followings:
- Specify the required date range or select the semester from the Show records options.
- Select the required students and the offense type from Students from and Offense drop-downs respectively.
- Sort the records using the Sort records by options.
- Select the required details to be displayed in the report from Select fields to include in the report section.
- Click Show Records. The report(s) of the selected student(s) get displayed on the same page.
- Click the View link to view the respective report. The report is displayed in detail.
- Click the close button to close the report details.
