Normally, this occurs when the Term Dates are not updated.

To check or change the term dates Administrators can:

  • Navigate to the Admin page
  • Edit Gradebook Parameters (Ignore pink message at the top of the page for this task)
  • Select Edit Terms from list


Current terms will show listed below. You may edit the existing Terms by selecting Edit and changing the end date.

PLEASE NOTE: Dates cannot overlap.

  • When all are accurate, select UPDATE ALL.

This will update in all Attendance and Report Card Records.
