For a student withdrawing mid-year, we recommend that you pull the grades and attendance report prior to withdrawing the student. The report cards that were previewed or published will actually remain in the classroom, but if you want attendance reports or progress reports, those must be run before removing students from their groups.
Before withdrawal:
- Pull data and at least preview a report card (you may also wish to download a copy)
- Download Transcript if used
- Download Progress Reports for current year from Grade Summary
- Download Permanent Attendance Report from the Admin page
To Withdraw:
- Do a member search for the student
- Click on the name of the student (not the pencil)
- Click 'More' and select 'Delete/Withdraw'
- Check boxes for family members if applicable
- Select the correct group to add withdrawn members to (usually Left Families). School group should NOT be selected as the Withdrawal group as this will block the group from editing their profiles
- Click to Withdraw
This will remove the student and parents from all groups, add them to the Previous Families group, and disable login for the parents.
