Parents can access this page to enter the events entries and view the family service time log details.
Viewing Member Report
- Click Goal Tracking resource link in the left margin. The Submit page is displayed.
- Select a member from the Select a member drop-down list.
- Clicking on the View Details link displays My Entries page where you can view the details of the entries.
- You can also enter the events entries in the Submit Entries section on this page using Add.
Adding Events Entries
Members can view the event entries of the members of the family and add events entries using the My Entries functionality.
- Click the My Entries link.
- Select the member from the Select a member drop-down list. The page will display all the events entries of the member.
- You can enter the events entries in the add section after its completion.
- Click Add to save the entries.
Viewing Member Report
The members who have logged into the system can view their own service hours details using the Member Report functionality.
- Click the Member Report link.
Clicking on Submit link displays the Submit page where you can add the event entries and Edit link displays the My Entries page where you can edit each event entry.
Viewing Family Report
The members can view the service hours of each member of their family using the Family Report functionality.
- Click the Family Report link.
