Introduction

SchoolSpeak Invoice resource lets you invoice families for payments such as registration fees, class funds, extended day care fees and tuition and optionally accept payment online.  Parents can set up an automatic withdrawal from their bank account for a transaction that they authorize. Modules such as lunch order and forms calculate payments based on user order/selection. Invoice module lets administrators create invoices for any amount.  

Invoice has many configurations and settings options to automate payment reminders, recurring payments details, and provide detailed reports of payment transactions for different types such as,

  • Accept registration fees with an application form
  • Pay for lunch order
  • Buy school supplies or auction tickets

Important features of Invoice resource

  • Have multiple merchant accounts each with its own administrator, for example, one account for lunch payment and another one for auction tickets in one invoice module.
  • Set reminders for upcoming autopay transactions.
  • List all future recurring payments.
  • Manage and maintain all invoice transactions on one page to sort out the ones that need attention.
  • View and email past unpaid invoices, invoice items, and payments.
  • Create more than one invoice at a time by importing the data from a CSV (Comma-separated values) file.
