Finding, Placing, Viewing and Paying Online Orders

Place Order

You can view the sales items, place an order, and pay online.

Click Online Order link in the left margin. You will see the following page.

Placing an order

The members can place an online order using the Order functionality.

1. Click Order.
   
2. Select the item category from the Select Category drop-down list.
3. Select the item from the Select Item drop-down list.
4. Enter the number of items in the Item Quantity field.
5. Click Add to cart.
   
6. Select delivery and payment methods using the Select Delivery Method and Select Payment Method drop-down lists respectively.
7. Click Place this order.

Viewing Orders

The members can view the placed orders using View My Order functionality.

1. Click the View My Order link on the Online Order page.
   The order list is displayed.Clicking Pending Orders, Unpaid Orders, and Completed Orders tabs display only the pending orders, the unpaid orders, and the completed orders respectively.Clicking on the View link of the respective item displays the Search Order page and Pay link displays the Payment page.Clicking on the Inquire link displays the Email page. Clicking on the Show CC, options… link displays CC and BCC fields.Enter the email Ids or click To/Cc/Bcc to go to the Select from Groups and Members page.Select the groups/members and click Add to ‘To’/ Add to ‘Cc’/ Add to ‘Bcc’ to add the selected groups/members to respective fields on the Select from Groups and Members page.
2. Click Choose File in the Attach File section to add attachments and click Upload.
3. Include the URL of the Signup page if need be in the Forwarded URL section.
4. Click Send to send an inquiry email.

Paying the Orders

You can pay for the orders using Pay functionality.

1. Click the Pay link on the Online Order page.
2. Click the Pay link of the respective order.
3. Select any of the Pay Using option and click Pay.The system displayst the following message as it may take a minute or two.Now you will see the Payment Gateway page.
4. Select any of the Choose a way to pay options, enter the payment details, and once you are done click Pay.

Searching Orders

You can search for the details of a particular order using the Search Order functionality.

1. Click the Search Order link on the Online Order page.
2. Enter the order number and click Search.

You can pay for the order using the Pay link or the Pay button on this page. You can cancel the order using the Cancel this order button.

Note: You can print the details of the order using Print.
